About the Role

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for product development and aftermarket growth? We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of wear and consumable parts across multiple equipment product lines. This is a key role focused on maximizing product performance, customer value, and business impact.

As the Wear and Consumables Parts Product Manager , you’ll be responsible for product roadmaps, market analysis, pricing, positioning, and working closely with engineering, sales, and operations to deliver high-impact aftermarket solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chattanooga, TN .

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strategic Product Roadmap for aftermarket wear and consumable parts.
  • Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Business (VOB) analysis to support product development and business cases.
  • Perform detailed competitive analysis and drive go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead new product development (NPD) initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Track internal metrics: revenue, market share, margin, and product performance .
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for sales support and complex quoting needs.
  • Develop product training materials and deliver internal training sessions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and disruptive technologies to inform product evolution.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and corporate standards.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in Product Management , Engineering , or Technical Sales .
  • Degree in Engineering , Engineering Technology , or a related field preferred.
  • Strong strategic planning , communication , and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead NPD efforts.
  • Hands-on experience engaging with customers and solving market-driven challenges.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to write reports and develop proposals.
