About the Role
The Company is seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer to lead its well-regarded, member-centric organization. The successful candidate will serve as the CEO, providing vision, leadership, and management for the development and execution of major corporate strategies and policies. This role requires a strategic, consultative partner with a progressive mindset, focused on fulfilling the organization's mission, vision, and values. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary executive under the guidance of the Board of Directors, and being an approachable leader with a strong commitment to the community. Applicants for the President and Chief Executive Officer position at the company should have a minimum of twelve years' experience in the credit union or banking industry, with a proven track record in an executive leadership role. Solid experience in finance, lending, marketing, human resources, retail, and/or IT is essential. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to manage a proactive partnership with a Board, Management, and key stakeholders, and will be expected to be an active member of the community. The role is pivotal in taking the organization to the next level, and the candidate should be prepared to lead with a high sense of purpose and commitment to the members and the organization.
