About The Role

This role supports a growing global business. The group supports a broad spectrum of products including short term investment, finance trading, and OTC derivative markets: Fixed Income, Equity, Credit and Foreign Exchange. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to add positive value in a dynamic, global environment. Regular interaction and exposure with multiple groups involved in the process including Trading, Legal, Operations and Finance teams. Responsibilities

  • Generating, updating, managing approval workflows and storing derivative trade confirmations and other trade documentation.
  • Correcting confirmation errors and ensuring all versions & databases are updated accordingly.
  • Performing daily confirm reconciliations v. counterparties and notifying trading and legal teams of any discrepancies.
  • Maintaining trade confirmation databases and preparation of any regular and ad hoc reports.
  • Managing the communication and exchange of confirmations with all counterparties.
  • Will work on various projects and ad hoc requests as assigned by management.
  • Performing any administrative functions needed by the GCM team including expense management, scheduling and event planning.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of financial markets with willingness to learn.
  • Prior knowledge of IDSA documentation is a benefit.
  • Prior experience using MS Excel, MS Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Detail oriented, organized and flexible enough to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, energetic, team player
  • Proactive problem solving skills.

Work Location

This position is based in Corebridge Financial's Norwalk, CT office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
