Hiring Salary Range: $17.51 to $19.26 hourly depending on qualifications.
The position maintains and repairs all College facilities to include one or more of the following trade activities: plumbing, painting, carpentry, general maintenance, new construction, and/or lock and key work.
The position requires at least vocational or other technical school, certification, training or apprenticeship beyond High School or GED and at least two years of prior-related work experience. Substitution of at least one additional year of prior-related work experience is permitted for the vocational or other technical school, certification, training or apprenticeship.
