Job Title: Senior HVAC Service Technician

Location: San Diego, CA

Summary

We seek an experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician to join our San Diego, CA team. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, a local presence, and extensive experience with various HVAC equipment types. This role requires an EPA universal certification and a clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including package units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.
Perform routine maintenance and service on commercial HVAC equipment.
Ensure compliance with all company and industry safety standards and practices.
Maintain detailed service records and documentation.
Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients.
Mentor and train junior technicians as needed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

Local presence in San Diego, CA.
Stable work history with demonstrated reliability and professionalism.
EPA Universal Certification.
Clean driving record.
Extensive experience with large-tonnage applied HVAC equipment, such as package units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
