Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst — Temporary (60-Day) Assignment (REMOTE)
Work Arrangement: 100 % On-Site
Location: Seattle, WA 98109 but will take someone who is remote
Start Date: Immediately upon selection
Compensation: $37.49 – $42.81 per hour (W-2, hourly)
Position Overview
NVT Staffing is assisting our client in Seattle with an urgent, short-term need for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst . This on-site role will last approximately 60 days and is critical to maintaining finance operations for a rapidly growing organization of roughly 400 employees across multiple U.S. locations .
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP) :
Verify, code, and process invoices; ensure timely payment cycles.
Maintain complete audit trails and resolve supplier discrepancies.
Accounts Receivable (AR) :
Prepare and issue billing documentation, including after-hours event charges.
Monitor aging schedules, investigate variances, and accelerate collections.
Financial Reporting & Forecasting :
Produce weekly headcount and expense forecasts for division leadership.
Consolidate data and prepare dashboards or management reports as required.
Profit & Loss (P&L) Analysis :
Perform margin and variance analysis; identify cost trends and improvement opportunities.
Support month-end close activities and present findings to senior stakeholders.
Audit & Compliance Support :
Compile and submit supporting documentation for internal/external audits.
Uphold compliance standards and internal controls.
