ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Operations team at ByHeart is hiring a Senior Creative Project Manager. The ideal candidate has held previous roles as a creative project manager (either in-house on a marketing team, or at an advertising agency), and has simultaneously managed projects with creative deliverables (both traditional and digital creative assets).
This role reports to the Director of Marketing Operations. This function is the center of knowledge for marketing operations, including commercial team project management, leading marketing process workflows and optimizations, resource allocation, project pipeline management, agency relationships, contractor relationships, and creative tooling.

Skills & Qualifications
The minimum annual salary for this position is $120,000 and the maximum is $155,000. The salary range for performing this role outside of New York City will differ. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our company's equity program, plus our robust medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
