Where you will make a difference Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential enterprise clients in the construction and heavy industry sectors. Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns (via calls, emails, and LinkedIn) to generate high-quality leads. Qualification & Nurturing: Engage prospects, understand their needs, and qualify them according to established criteria. Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system. Sales Pipeline Management: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline. Follow up with prospects, schedule meetings/demos, and support the sales cycle through to closure. Market & Industry Research: Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the construction and heavy industry sectors. Provide feedback and insights to marketing and product teams. Travel & On-site Visits: Willingness to travel as required to meet potential clients, attend industry events, and conduct on-site meetings. Who you are Industry Experience: Demonstrated experience in selling to the construction industry or similar heavy industrial sectors. Proven track record in closing enterprise-level deals. Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling techniques. Excellent prospecting, communication, and negotiation skills. Mobility: Ability and willingness to travel frequently across India for client meetings and industry events. Tools & Technology: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools. Familiarity with digital prospecting techniques and platforms. Additional Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to dynamic market conditions. You'd be perfect if you have Experience in enterprise software or technology solutions related to the construction industry. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
