Summary of Responsibilities

Our Residential Construction Project Manager will focus on building great relationships with clients and keeping projects on track financially, working within the set budget. They will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of remodeling and construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered with precision, efficiency, and exceptional quality. This role requires regular communication with Titus Built team members, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, city officials, and other project stakeholders. The Project Manager will be responsible for customer satisfaction and maintaining the highest level of ethics and standards as a representative of Titus Built.

Essential Functions

• Complete jobs on or before planned completion dates by monitoring schedules, material ordering, effectively allocating resources, and ensuring top-quality workmanship
• Consistently meet or exceed project gross profit goals
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities: schedule and communicate with subcontractors and vendors, identify potential delays, and maintain job site safety and security
• Initiate estimates, submit change orders, and maintain accurate financial records
• Maintain relationships and coordinate walk throughs with suppliers and subcontractors
• Maintain open communication with clients, protect their property, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Handle daily material tickets, vendor invoicing, and project expense coding for accurate accounting and expense management
• Assist in troubleshooting design and production issues
• Assist in conducting post-project evaluations
• Live the company's core values, as measured by excellent customer satisfaction surveys and the continual implementation of creative initiatives to better serve Titus Built clients
  

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

• 8+ years of residential construction and remodeling experience
• 5+ years of project management/site supervision experience
• Strong technology skills: email, Microsoft Excel, and other software programs
  
• Experience with BuilderTrend or other construction management software is a plus
• Deep understanding of construction methods and the ability to read and assess plans
• Valid Driver's License
  

Compensation

• $95,000-$110,000 salary, depending on experience
