Job Description - Prepare for each shift by ensuring the section and side stations are properly set up. This includes the side stations at the pool as well as the kitchen line
- Towel Folding and restocking - side stations, lounge chairs and cabanas are fully stocked, towels rolled and given to guests as needed
- Water is constantly provided to guests while also preparing and refilling pitchers with ice and water in the server stations
- Set up all pool and ensuring they are ready for guest arrival
- Perform all assigned opening side work
- Assist Servers to deliver food and drinks to guests
- Communicate with kitchen any special order needs / Assist with food running - Prepare silverware for each course to be placed by pool server or themselves / Coordinate clearing of courses with server
- Assist with table maintenance, clearing and ensuring guests have what they need
- Coordinate chair resets - ensure all furniture is aligned, orderly and free of debris and stains
- Perform all running side work as assigned
- Perform duties to close the pool area as assigned
- Properly maintain strict standards of cleanliness in all dining areas
- Properly maintain strict standards of cleanliness and organization of all service stations/areas
- Maintain company standards of presentation, uniform, etc.
- Support the Pool Servers and the Kitchen by communicating properly
- Expert menu knowledge - every ingredient of every dish on the menu.
- Exceed guest expectations constantly
