Salary : $56,472.00 - $72,072.00 Annually Location : OR 97123, OR Job Type: Full Time Job Number: 2025-155 Department: Police Division: POLICE NOVATIME GROUP Opening Date: 05/09/2025 Closing Date: 5/25/2025 11:59 PM Pacific The principal function of an employee in this class is to perform a broad range of Police Records functions and specialized administrative duties from routine to complex in support of police activities. The work is performed under the supervision and direction of the Police Records Supervisor or Manager, but leeway is granted for the exercise of independent judgment and initiative. The principal duties of this class are performed in a police department environment. Normal working hours will include being assigned to any one of several shifts: day shift, afternoon shift, night shift, weekdays or weekends. Shifts and days off may rotate based on operational need. This is a non-exempt position and is subject to the terms and conditions of a collective bargaining agreement. Police Record Specialists may be assigned to work eight or ten hour shifts during the day, evening, and night hours. Shift assignments are based on seniority and operational need.
