The Mosaic Company is seeking a Mine Operator to work onsite at 76 Rawhide Rd., Loving, NM 88256. The schedule follows a DuPont Schedule with 12-hour shifts. Responsibilities include operating continuous miner, continuous haulage, ram-car, scoop, and roof bolter; conveyor belt work; assisting maintenance and support crews; and coordinating activities with co-workers and supervisors. Candidates must be able to perform various tasks, follow instructions, analyze and learn new processes, and be team-oriented. Underground mining experience is preferred but not required. Certification or ability to be certified to operate mining equipment is necessary. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs., stooping, bending, walking, kneeling, and working in low height environments. Safety compliance and use of personal protective equipment are mandatory. The candidate must be authorized to work in the United States and able to work rotating shifts and overtime as required.
