Marketing Assistant

Comvox Co is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will support the marketing department in executing campaigns, conducting research, and coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and promotional materials
• Coordinate events, meetings, and communications with vendors or clients
• Manage internal marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate with team members to optimize project workflows
• Maintain organized files and documentation for all marketing activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and project coordination
• Ability to work independently and within a team
