What You'll Do Perform jewelry repairs including sizing, prong and stone setting, chain repairs, shank work, stone tightening, and polishing Complete at least 20 repairs per day while maintaining quality standards Use a microscope, laser welder, and other fine instruments with precision Read and interpret work instructions for each repair order Collaborate with team members and share technical knowledge Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow safety procedures Sit or stand throughout the shift depending on task requirements Lift up to 30 lbs as needed What You'll Bring 2+ years of hands-on jewelry repair experience Strong skills in traditional and modern repair methods, including invisible set repairs and laser welding (preferred) Experience with production-level repair output Strong communication and organizational abilities Willingness to train others and collaborate in a team environment Must pass a bench test to demonstrate proficiency Ready to craft a sparkling new chapter in your career?
