Job Title: HR Assistant

Location: Addison, IL

Assignment Type: Contract until the end of the year

Pay: $22-25/hour

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Job Description:

The HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting recruitment activities, maintaining personnel records, and contributing to broader HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial phone interviews using structured scripts
• Publish open positions on internal job boards and LinkedIn
• Assist the Talent Acquisition Partner throughout the hiring cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
• Coordinate interview scheduling and review applicant resumes
• Oversee a document organization initiative, including archiving, labeling, and converting files to digital formats
• Use ATS to track recruitment progress and perform administrative functions using Microsoft Office applications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in HR preferred, or equivalent HR experience with a high school diploma.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.
