Job Opening: Human Resources Administrative Assistant
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Supported by: LHH Recruitment Solutions
Schedule: Fully On-Site | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00/4:30 PM
Type: Contract (Minimum 6 months, potential for extension)
Pay Rate: $23–$26/hour

About the Role:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a client in Grand Rapids, MI, in their search for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant . This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated HR team within a dynamic organization. The role is fully on-site and offers a stable weekday schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the HR department

• Assist with onboarding, employee records, and compliance documentation

• Coordinate meetings, interviews, and HR-related events

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information

• Support various HR projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative experience, preferably in an HR setting

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
