Lobby Financial Consultant Full Time Bilingual Preferred: English/Spanish $100.00 Monthly Bilingual Bonus
Role:
Todevelop and maintain relationships with members and potential members bydetermining their needs, maximizing opportunities, processing financialtransactions, resolving problems, answering questions. To identify and suggestfinancial services that would improve our members' lives. Attendance is anessential function of performing the duties of this job.
EssentialFunctions & Responsibilities:
50% - Conducts new accountfunctions, including share, share draft, IRAs and certificates; explainsvarious account and ownership options, providing the necessary counseling tomeet member's needs, and obtains the required information and documentation.Prepares all documents and paperwork; assists members with completing forms.
20% - Prepares and reviews allnew account documentation for accuracy and compliance, forwarding to auditingin a timely manner.
15% - Listens to members andrefers credit union products that would be beneficial to their needs. Worksclosely with lending department to provide potential referrals.
10% - Assists and providesback-up within the department and other areas as needed, including logging intophone queue, answering web chat, and video banking.
5% - Performs other relatedduties as assigned.
