Are you a mechanically savvy, road-ready technician looking for your next big opportunity? We’re looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team and support the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of cutting-edge industrial food processing equipment across the country.

About the Role:

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the boots-on-the-ground expert—handling everything from installs and system startups to maintenance and training. You’ll work closely with customers, engineers, and operators, delivering exceptional support and ensuring our equipment runs at peak performance. This role requires frequent travel— up to 90%—and offers the chance to work in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and repair industrial food processing equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, combustion, and process issues—both on-site and remotely.
• Train customer staff on operation and maintenance procedures.
• Provide input to engineering teams on equipment performance and design improvements.
• Create detailed service reports on all field work.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience working with mechanical/electrical systems; combustion or plant engineering experience is a big plus.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, hydraulics, and ability to read electrical schematics and installation drawings.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools; able to lift, climb ladders, and work at heights or in non-climate-controlled environments.
• Comfortable traveling frequently (up to 90%).
