Responsibilities: We are seeking a candidate for the position of Domain Architect in the AML compliance domain, with a strong technical background capable of solutioning and architecture work. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. TOGAF certification. At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a financial institution. Essential: Good team player, able to drive consensus among stakeholders with conflicting viewpoints and objectives. Experience in people and team management in a transversal function. Effective communication and influence skills with senior technical associates, business, operational partners, and executives. Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, cohesive architecture team, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Strong understanding of business strategies and translating them into actionable plans. Ability to collaborate and motivate diverse teams, handling difficult conversations effectively. Ownership and enhancement of workflows and processes, delegating with clear accountabilities. Promotion of learning and development, fostering professional growth among team members. Key Domain/Technical Skills: Overall experience of at least 10 years; flexible for candidates with fewer years if they demonstrate strong skills. Experience in a technical domain architect role is a significant advantage. Strong analytical skills. Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and in Microsoft PowerPoint. Experience delivering mission-critical, enterprise-scale IT solutions, including in-house and third-party products. Familiarity with formal architecture frameworks/methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, BIAN). Practical experience in data modeling, object modeling, design patterns, and enterprise architecture tools.
