About the job: Digital Marketing Director

REMOTE Digital Marketing Director

Calling all marketing gurus! A top law firm is seeking a creative, goal-oriented, and experienced professional to serve as their Digital Marketing Director . This role will be instrumental in shaping the firm's marketing strategy as it continues to grow by developing effective advertising campaigns across various channels, evolving the corporate brand, building a strong community presence, and more. This is a remote position. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Chicago metro and regional market.

Must have:

• Extensive experience in digital marketing
• Confident personality
• Analytical thinking skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead the firm's creative team in developing marketing strategies for print, digital, social media, web, and other channels
• Manage writers, designers, and product managers to ensure timely and quality project delivery
• Create visual assets and collateral for the firm
• Spearhead new marketing campaigns and directives, allocating resources as needed
• Utilize the firm's Digital Asset Management systems effectively and identify new opportunities
• Collaborate with specialists to digitize the firm's proofing process
• Develop and refine the firm's corporate branding based on core pillars and priorities
• Build community engagement and increase awareness of outreach initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience leading teams in multi-channel marketing campaign development
• Proven success in creating marketing strategies, campaigns, and assets
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing budgets
• Understanding of the regional market

This is a full-time, remote position with a salary of $120K, working with a Chicago-area firm.
