Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and highly motivated Contract Recruiter to join our team for a 6-month engagement. In this fast-paced environment, you'll be instrumental in driving full-cycle recruitment for critical manufacturing positions, with a strong focus on high-volume production roles across multiple shifts. If you thrive in a builder mentality, possess a deep understanding of the pharma/life sciences manufacturing landscape, and can seamlessly integrate with existing processes, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of manufacturing positions, from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
Spearhead high-volume recruitment for production roles across all shifts (24/7 operations), ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
Partner closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment workflow.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify top-tier talent in the manufacturing sector, particularly within GMP/cGMP/sterile/aseptic production environments.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews, assessing for technical skills, cultural fit, and experience with gowning requirements.
Manage candidate communication, expectations, and provide a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on market trends and recruitment best practices.
Contribute to the knowledge transfer to the internal team, sharing insights and best practices.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of recruiting experience, with at least 1-2 years specifically within the pharma/life sciences industry. Experience in healthcare or food manufacturing will also be considered.
Proven understanding of GMP/cGMP/sterile/aseptic production environments, including successful experience recruiting roles with gowning requirements.
Demonstrated success recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience supporting manufacturing sites, including familiarity with 24/7 operations, multiple shifts, and high-volume initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Workday ATS.
