We’re looking for a motivated and outgoing Community Outreach Assistant to help grow our brand’s presence and impact across local communities. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about event coordination, public relations, and grassroots marketing , with an interest in gaining hands-on experience and long-term career growth in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
As a Community Outreach Assistant, you’ll support the execution of local events, represent the brand publicly, and play a vital role in building meaningful connections within our target communities.
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing community events, outreach campaigns, and local partnerships
Represent the brand at public events, engaging attendees, answering questions, and promoting key initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for community involvement and partnership growth
Oversee on-site event logistics, including setup, customer engagement, and teardown
Track and report event performance, community feedback, and engagement outcomes
Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts and assist with post-event analysis
Consistently embody the company’s mission and brand voice during public interactions
Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with a passion for community engagement
Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills
Strong interpersonal abilities and a friendly, customer-service mindset
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once
Team player with a collaborative attitude and strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable engaging with diverse audiences and adapting to various settings
