Job Description

Overview:

We’re looking for an Art Director, Brand & Social to join our small but mighty eos Digital Creative Team. This role is a unique blend of creative leadership and operational excellence, designed for someone who thrives on building structure, optimizing workflows, and driving alignment across teams. As a close partner to the Creative Director, you’ll help shape the strategic direction of the brand while overseeing the day-to-day operations of our brand and social creative work.

You have a strong understanding of social media and brand content, with a sharp sense of what resonates culturally and creatively. You’ll lead the team responsible for developing content across platforms—ensuring it’s not only on-brand, but efficiently produced, thoughtfully planned, and executed with consistency.

In this role, you’ll establish and refine creative processes, define best practices, and build scalable systems that empower the team to do their best work. You’re a natural collaborator who knows how to navigate cross-functional relationships, advocate for creative excellence, and keep things moving forward—on time and with purpose. Detail-driven, proactive, and people-first, you bring clarity, structure, and positive energy to everything you touch.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead brand and social content development across stills and video
  • Manage a team of 2 Content Creators and 1–2 Graphic Designers, overseeing priorities and workflow
  • Build and maintain efficient creative processes, tools, and team operations
  • Partner with the Project Manager to manage timelines, resourcing, and deliverables
  • Own the brand and social content calendar from planning to execution
  • Align with the Sr. Graphic Designer of Ecommerce to ensure brand consistency across digital channels
  • Review and give clear, constructive feedback to team
  • Present work to the Creative Director, cross-functional teams, and leadership
  • Represent the creative team in weekly cross-functional and so
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design or related, with at least 2 years in a management or team leadership role
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro (or comparable video editing software)
  • Working knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation principles
  • A strong eye for art direction across photo and video shoots, including product, lifestyle, model, styling, lighting, and propping
  • Confident leading, managing, and mentoring junior team members, with a collaborative and constructive feedback style
  • Comfortable presenting work to leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Solutions-oriented mindset and a team-first attitude
  • Passionate leading creative teams, optimizing workflows, and shaping impactful brand and social storytelling
